Help Build the Village
Many companies will double, or even triple, charitable gifts. Check with your employer’s HR department to see if they participate in a matching gift program. Your company’s name will be listed in the Annual Report and you will be recognized for the value of your gift including the match amount.
We don’t ask for a membership fee and there’s no cost to join PSV. But if you can support our programs and services, we hope you will make a donation of any amount (even consider setting up a regular, monthly contribution). Big or small, it all makes a difference.
There are several ways to volunteer with PSV—help by planning events and activities, help market and promote PSV, or serve as a PSV Parent Ambassador! Or, donate your professional services!
Your Support Makes A Difference!
All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent of the law and directly supports the mission of PSV! We are 100% volunteer supported; there is currently no staffing overhead. That means, 100% of donations are used to build community by providing programs, sharing resources, and organizing events for Black/African-American families in independent and private schools.
Donations made on this website are managed through PayPal and Stripe and will read
"PS Village," "PSV," or "Private School Village" on your bank statement.
Immediate payment transaction details will be emailed to the donor from the vendor,
however, PSV will also forward a donor acknowledgement to you.
PSV is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization (Tax ID # 83-1829449). No goods or services were provided in exchange for your gift. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your individual situation.

School Sponsors: Village Principals & Village Cheerleaders
Support Black families in private schools and send a signal to your school community that you understand the importance of the PSV mission. School sponsorship enables PSV to continue to build infrastructure, and develop and implement strategies to further strengthen our community of support. Sponsorship allows PSV to develop important programs and services and more important, helps cover the related hard costs of these programs and services, so that Black families can thrive fully in the private school setting. School sponsors contribute a minimum annual donation based on school enrollment. For more information, please contact Lisa Johnson at .
