About The Event
Join us for the 1st Annual PSV Sneaker Soiree to support efforts to build community among Black/African-American families in local private and independent schools (K-12). We promise an (adult-only) evening you won't forget--envision dancing like you're in somebody's basement, all your favorite songs are playing back to back, everything you bid on (in the silent auction) you win, and you're in a room full of smart, beautiful, fun friends. This will be a night you won't forget and the best part, we hope you'll wear your flyest sneaks! That's right! In true PSV fashion, this isn't your typical, "rubber chicken," formal event (although those can be fun too). Instead, this is that party....you know, the one you don't want to miss. While we're happy to host free events throughout the year, this is a fundraising event to immediately and directly support the mission of PSV. We hope you'll join us for our inaugural, celebratory soiree.
This is a ticketed event (with capacity limitations) so please buy your ticket(s) early--it will sell out. Even more, if you're one of the first 50 people to buy tickets, your ticket will be discounted at $175. Following that, tickets will be $200. Additionally, please consider making a "Gift of Support" to help other PSV community members be able to attend this event. Remember, it takes a village. If you need financial assistance to cover the ticket price, please forward a redacted copy of your school's financial aid award letter to Deepa Janha at psvsoiree@privateschoolvillage.org.

Founding families understand the need for PSV and want to clearly demonstrate a high level of commitment to the mission of PSV. This level includes up to four (4) tickets, acknowledgement at the event and on the PSV website, and 10 complementary raffle tickets for the evening's big draw.
