On the next page you can RSVP for the event. By RSVPing to attend the February Social, you give your permission to use your or your childs/childrens photograph and/or video publically to promote the PSV and its associated events, activities and programs. You understand that the images, in all formats, may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media in perpetuity. You also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to you by reason of such use. You also understand that if you do not want yourself or your childs/childrens photographs or images used, you have to send a written request to privateschoolvillage@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the event/activity date to make the request and include the person(s) full name and recent photo (so we can appropriately identify the person). You also have to receive confirmation of receipt from the organization in order for this request to be honored.
