About The Event

Become engineers, designers and resilient innovators with the help of Pasadena Party Patrol! Explore famous African Americans whose inventions have changed the worlds of medicine, technology, and transportation. Participate in a weekly challenge using recyclable materials from around your home to create inventions and engineered constructions. Collaborate with peers and create a project board, conduct research, and share ideas.

Students will work together in big and small groups to facilitate commingling and to build connections. In that light, please try to be available for all three classes and please plan to have your video on for the activity in order to participate fully.
