Katrina Jefferson
Katrina L. Jefferson is a visionary Senior Communications and Partnerships Leader with over 18 years of experience driving visibility, equity, and growth for mission-driven tech, EdTech, and entertainment organizations. She is passionate about reprogramming access to tech and creating inclusive spaces through data-backed storytelling and social impact partnerships. Currently, Katrina serves as the Director of Marketing & Partnerships at EnCorps, where she spearheads brand and communications vision, acts as a media spokesperson, and leads PR, marketing, and digital ecosystem strategies. Her previous roles include Head of Communications and Partnerships at Sugar Gamers, where she built comms campaigns spotlighting underrepresented voices in gaming and tech and negotiated over $2.5M in philanthropic/brand partnerships with companies like Microsoft and Google. She has also held key communication and marketing leadership positions at eBay, Logitech (Gaming Seed), and Microsoft (Education) Katrina is actively involved in community leadership, including roles with Private School Village, NFTE, and Games For Change. She’s a mom of a rising Senior at Flintridge Prep & a pre teen at Assumption, and wife to her amazing husband Richard. In her spare time, Katrina loves to do all the wellness things, find new restaurants, and attend live shows with friends and family.

Katy Brown
Katy Brown is an accomplished Senior Operations Manager at Guess Inc., where she leverages over 20 years of expertise in optimizing business operations, driving efficiency, and leading high-performing teams within the dynamic and competitive retail industry. In her current role, Katy plays a key part in shaping the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across various departments, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Her deep understanding of both operational processes and people management has enabled her to consistently deliver results that support the company’s long-term growth. Outside of her corporate career, Katy is a devoted mother to her daughter, who currently attends Crestview Preparatory School. Her passion for community-building extends beyond her family, as she also serves as the Parent Association Chair at the school, where she works to create a vibrant and inclusive environment for both parents and staff. In this role, Katy has been instrumental in organizing events, leading fundraising initiatives, and strengthening the connection between the school and the families it serves. She believes strongly in the power of collaboration and strives to make a lasting, positive impact on the school community. In addition to her professional and volunteer efforts, Katy is also an entrepreneur at heart, managing a small business that reflects her creative instincts, leadership abilities, and entrepreneurial spirit. This venture allows her to explore her passion for innovation and independence, while also providing an outlet for her to express her values and creativity in the marketplace. Through her business, Katy is able to inspire others by showcasing the importance of resilience and staying true to one's vision. Whether in the boardroom, on the schoolyard, or in the, Marketplace is driven by a deep commitment to excellence, collaboration, and creating meaningful impact in all areas of her life. She is known for her ability to balance professional success with personal fulfillment, all while remaining a supportive leader and an advocate for those around her.

Gardenia Spiegel
Gardenia is a native New Yorker who now makes her home in Southern California. She is a devoted single mom who has a daughter at Westridge School in Pasadena. She loves books and a strong cup of tea.
